Commercial English is one of the most important skills for people who work in international positions and take business trips. In fact, business English can be considered as a specialized skill in the field of language teaching and learning.
Many who have learned this language style have gained the skill only for the purpose of doing business or working with English-speaking countries, or any English-speaking companies.
That is to say the language of work and business is applicable to two groups of people:
A: For some people, it is an educational matter. These people focus more on the vocabulary and topics used in the business world, financial business, economics and international relations.
B: For others, it is the matter of communication skills in their workplace. These people more focus on the language and skills needed for simple business or business communication such as lectures, talks, meetings, short chats, socializing, correspondence, report writing, and systematic approaches.
According to the definition and application mentioned, in general, it can be said that three groups of people need this language:
A: Individuals who are in charge of international affairs, including the person in charge of international contract affairs and the company’s international representative.
B: People who work in a native English-speaking country in a local company.
C: People who work for an Iranian company but with speak English-speaking clients.

Since most of communications in business English circles around the world are established between non-native English speakers, strict grammatical rules are sometimes ignored. Establishing an effective communication is the main purpose of the interactions among these people.
